Patients are required to arrive before the doctor's practice hours start. If the patient arrives late and the service is finished, the patient is considered absent and there is no refund.
Patients are expected to check in before the doctor's practice schedule. Patients are required to submit complete files to the registration counter for verification. Fingerprints are required to verify the completeness of the Insurance/Institution Patient files On the day, before going to the doctor, patients are expected to verify at the counter.
